A. Shipping costs and information
Shipping is done by DHL. The respective shipping costs are displayed in the shopping cart. If you wish shipping to another country, please write us an email to info@mpbd.de before ordering and tell us the article with the quantity and the delivery address with the country and the corresponding postal code. We will then inform you shortly if we can ship to the desired country and - if a delivery to the desired delivery address is possible - we will inform you about the shipping costs, because we have to ask our shipping partner in advance about the shipping possibility and the costs.
I. Shipping within Germany:
Our shipping costs are weight-dependent, you can see the shipping weight for each item on the detail page. The shipping costs are visible in the shopping cart before the purchase.
II. Shipping outside of Germany:
We deliver to the following countries:
- Albania, Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Kazakhstan, Kosovo, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, United Kingdom

I. For shipping within Germany
For delivery within Germany we offer the following payment options:
- Prepayment by bank transfer
- Payment by Paypal or Paypal Express
II. For shipping outside of Germany
For delivery outside of Germany we offer the following payment options:
- Prepayment by bank transfer
- Payment by Paypal or Paypal Express
III. Detailed information about the individual payment options
1. Prepayment by bank transfer
Transfer the invoice amount to our bank account within 5 days, stating the order number:

2. Payment by Paypal or Paypal Express
Choose "PayPal" as payment method at the checkout. To process the payment, you will be redirected to the PayPal website. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your PayPal user data and initiate the payment. If you do not have a PayPal account yet, you can create a PayPal account and then confirm the payment. After that, you will be redirected back to us (https://www.mpbd.de).
C. Information about the calculation of the delivery time
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods within Germany within 1-3 days, for deliveries outside Germany within 3-10 days. Decisive for this is the time of your payment instruction.
If you have ordered goods with different delivery times, we will contact you. You can then decide whether you want a separate (associated with higher shipping costs) or a joint delivery.
In case of self-collection or personal delivery, we will inform you by e-mail about the provision of the goods and the collection options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
